The Fair has been promoted and coordinated by the Public Library Can Mariner and Editorial El Tinter/Pol·len, both based in the Horta district.

Som Vínculos Estelí exhibits books by the publishing house Libros para Niño. A means to spread in the neighborhood the production of children's literature in Nicaragua.
